How will you do it
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transportation Design / Project Manager to join
- our team. This role involves designing freeways, state highways, and local government
- roadways for WisDOT, INDOT, VDOT, and local governments. The successful candidate will
- develop, maintain, and manage client relationships and projects.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Design Engineering : Design transportation infrastructure using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Project Management : Write proposals, win business, negotiate contracts, set and
- maintain project budgets, and oversee projects.
- Client Coordination : Serve as the main point of contact for WisDOT, INDOT, and VDOT
- clients, coordinating with team members and subconsultants.
- Team Leadership : Utilize exemplary communication and leadership skills to manage
- Internal teams for successful project completion.
