Position: Repair Technician

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:45pm – 12:45am
Location: Buffalo Grove
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform essential servicing of customer products, including receiving/shipping, troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, inspection, soldering, cleaning, testing, and final inspections.

• Accurately record work performed using symptom codes and parts replacement details.

• Gain familiarity with a variety of products, processes, and software tools while following standard work instructions.

• Provide input for continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.

• Identify and resolve basic technical problems with guidance and support.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

What You Bring:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED

• Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to follow and comprehend work instructions effectively.

  • Experience using common hand tools.

  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements (safety glasses, steel-toed boots, gloves, etc.).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain in a stationary position (standing or sitting) for extended periods.

• Capability to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, reach, push/pull, and lift objects up to 50 lbs.

• Repetitive hand and wrist motions may be required.

• Comfortable operating machinery and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

• Must be able to see color for product assessment.
