We are looking to place a Knowledge / Data Manager on site at Tyndall AFB, Florida.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
- Schedule, organize, and conduct meetings that include, but are not limited to, Coordination Meetings, Staff Meetings, Progress Meetings, Design Review Meetings, Construction Review Meetings, and Project and Program Reviews.
- Support the Program Management Office (PMO) at conferences and meetings, including meeting setup and invitation, coordination, facilitation, and deliverables (graphics, audiovisual equipment, study materials, record keeping, etc.).
- Perform weekly updates in the SharePoint tracker.
- Provide real-time updates and / or weekly review of project milestones in the ACES-PM and TRIRIGA systems.
- Perform monthly data quality review / correction in the ACES-PM and TRIRIGA systems.
- Provide monthly updates of Line Item Review slides and other presentations.
