We are looking for someone who is prepared to work a flexible schedule - this is a float/cover nurse position. Guaranteed 35 hours/week with the opportunity to work up to 48 hours/week. ***Salaried*** (Paid hourly rate, OT hours is 1.5 your hourly rate)
LVN Hourly Rate: $30.00 | RN Hourly Rate: $40.00
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide Private Duty Nursing in the homes of our patients
- Provide quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations and policies
- Patient assessments, coordination of care
- Willing to travel to patient homes within a 60 mile radius
- Available 5 days or nights per week
- Flexible to orient with multiple patients of differing skill levels
- Willing to work shifts in patient homes
Qualifications:
- Must have good standing license (RN & LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification
- Must be willing to provide in home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Experience with trach care, G-Tube, ventilator
