Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse. As an essential member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to patients in their homes, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Private Duty Nursing in the homes of our patients
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Communicate effectively with other team members and Clinical Management
- Reliably follow shift schedules
- Accurately document patient care
Requirements:
- Good standing license (RN & LVN or LPN) to practice in the state of Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
