Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Active RN licensure in the state of Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in home health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
