The front desk coordinator is the first point of contact for clients and therefore the face of the organization. The front desk coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Ageless Remedies SouthPark Med Spa and Laser Center offers a variety of aesthetic enhancement services in a warm and welcoming spa environment. Services include Botox, fillers, anti aging laser treatments, facials, chemical peels, and more. The spa also provides medical grade skin care products tailored to each client's needs.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Coordinator located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
-Welcome in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist clients with questions and processing paperwork upon arrival
- Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendars for medical staff
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments
- Collaborate with medical spa staff to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as inventory management
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism (HIPPA)
- Uphold the highest standards of health and safety
- Treat clients and potential clients with respect
Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: The candidate should have a strong ability to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients feel welcomed and valued
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Given the varied responsibilities in a faced-paced environment, the candidate should be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Previous experience in a customer-facing role; preferably in a medical or spa setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with clients, colleagues, and medical staff.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic computer applications
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and able to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
- Keen attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Flexibility to work some weekends
-Knowledge of med spa terminology and/or products is a plus
- Spanish language a plus
