We are on Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Aging Services and looking for an On-Call Front Desk Associate! As the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our community. We’re looking for a positive, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our family and help provide exceptional care and support.
What You’ll Do :
- Answer phone calls promptly (within three rings) and ensure seamless communication by transferring or taking messages.
- Greet and assist visitors, offering excellent customer service and answering questions.
- Respond to room inquiries, provide tours, and maintain an organized green card system for tracking availability.
- Help residents, families, and staff by coordinating services, solving problems, and fostering constructive relationships.
- Assist with clerical duties and be familiar with MS Office.
- Keep the front desk, lobby, time clock area, and bathrooms tidy throughout your shift.
- Manage the lobby's snack area, ensuring it's well-stocked and clean.
- Facilitate resident transportation when needed, and complete a defensive driving course annually.
- Be flexible with your schedule, occasionally working weekends based on community needs.
- Uphold all company policies outlined in the handbook.
