We're looking for a hard-working, hands-on Maintenance Assistant who’s ready to help keep our building in top shape—just like you’d want for your own family.
What you’ll be doing :
- Full-time, daytime hours : 8a-5p
- Keeping the building safe and running smoothly by responding to maintenance requests, making repairs, and assisting with any emergencies.
- Using your skills to tackle plumbing, electric, HVAC, boilers, and more.
- Prepping rooms for new residents and making sure everything is in tip-top shape.
- Supporting safety inspections, working with contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Taking care of residents by helping with outings and appointments.
- Keeping things clean and following safety protocols.
