What You’ll Be Doing

• Part-time, daytime hours
• Keeping the building safe and running smoothly by responding to maintenance requests, making repairs, and assisting with any emergencies.
• Using your skills to tackle plumbing, electric, HVAC, boilers, and more.
• Prepping rooms for new residents and making sure everything is in tip-top shape.
• Supporting safety inspections, working with contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Taking care of residents by helping with outings and appointments.
• Keeping things clean and following safety protocols.
