We are seeking a passionate Senior Living Sales Specialist to join our Califonia team. In this role, you'll travel extensively throughout the region, building and nurturing relationships within our communities and with those interested in our services. Your efforts will play a key role in maintaining and increasing our occupancy levels.
Location : Northern California - Extensive travel is required throughout the region and may require travel to other states as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Community Engagement : Share Agemark's story and build strong relationships using your sales and business development experience in healthcare, senior living, or geriatrics.
- Sales Support : Provide on-site sales training, coaching, and mentoring to Senior Living Sales Consultants. Collaborate with Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs) to support and strengthen on-site sales teams.
- Occupancy Management : Help maintain and achieve 95% occupancy through targeted marketing, public relations, and sales activities, while ensuring excellent resident services.
- Lead Management : Utilize our lead tracking system to manage all prospect and referral source contacts effectively.
- Networking : Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, generating trust and inquiries.
- Prospect Interaction : Conduct follow-up calls, and tours, and assist prospective families throughout the move-in process.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement marketing plans, adjusting quarterly to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Team Collaboration : Participate in sales meetings and work closely with other leadership team members to ensure seamless sales processes.
