What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Agency Squid?
We are a multi-disciplinary boutique agency that specializes in bringing big brand ideas to life. We're an ambitious group with a competitive chip on our shoulder to solve problems in the most creative ways possible. From captivating tv spots and disruptive experiential activations, to marketing campaigns and digital strategy, we build lasting connections between brands and people.
We are currently looking for a strong addition to our team that thinks bigger than the Midwest, is ready to hit the ground running, and is excited to compete against international powerhouses. Someone who wants to leave their mark on the creative world and will be given the opportunity to do so.
We're a shop that expects 100% every day, and a willingness to push yourself when you're here. If you work with us, don’t expect long, punishing hours without being paid. Or having to sneak around to work on passion projects. Or feeling guilty about leaving work to go home and let a repair person in. That’s not us. And we feel confident enough to state that publicly and be held accountable. It’s the culture we’ve created. What we want in return is highly motivated, talented people to be part of our team. If this sounds interesting, then we suggest you keep reading.
But we know this isn't a one-way street. We’re not transactional agency, and our world reflects that. Just as we expect you to push yourself, we need to deliver. That’s why our culture and environment is so incredibly crucial to your well-being. We’re value driven and we hope as you’re looking for your next gig you are detailed, diligent, and critical.
