We work primarily with Private Equity owned, high growth companies in the Mid-market and enterprise space. Primary Functions / Responsibility We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT solutions implementation and support.

As a key member of our client services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of vendor solutions to clients, providing technical expertise, project management, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Solution Implementation

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and architect IT systems tailored to their needs.
  • Lead and execute the end-to-end implementation of IT solutions, including hardware, software, and network components.
  • Configure, install, and integrate various IT technologies, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to client operations. Project Management
  • Proactively lead projects and stakeholders in the completion and realization of intended business outcomes.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively address potential risks or issues to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to clients and internal management, ensuring transparency and alignment. Technical Expertise
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on a wide range of IT technologies, including but not limited to hosted voice, contact center, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and virtualization.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your technical knowledge. Client Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on utilizing and maintaining the implemented IT solutions effectively. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and development, to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the professional services team. Hours : Monday to Friday 8 : 30 to 5 : 30
  • depending on travel Qualifications / Experience Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years IT professional services experience.
  • Minimum of 1-year Hosted Voice implementation, configuration, or systems administration experience.
  • Experience with C-Level Account Management
  • Experience as "Buyer" of enterprise tech, building business cases, adopting new technology, etc.
  • Proven experience in IT professional services delivery, solution implementation, and project management. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong proficiency in voice engineering, architecture, systems integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and services. Compensation Base Range : $70,000-$90,000 and total compensation range $90,000-$110,000 Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. For non-sales roles and sales roles with a variable component, total compensation reflects both a base salary and variable targets to include Installed Client Monthly Recurring Cost (MRC) and Professional Services Hours worked. Outside of CA, ScanSource grants 128 hours of paid time off (PTO) each calendar year (prorated for date of hire).
