About you

We’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Designer (Junior to Mid-Level) to join our team and help us in solving complex creative and strategic challenges for our clients. The ideal fit for this role is:

We’re a small agency, so you’ll get to be involved in all sorts of different projects. We run a flat structure made up of small/lean teams and you’ll be very much a part of that. There is plenty of opportunity to learn and expand your skill set with each project.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to…

• Partnering with and supporting members of the design and strategy teams to conceptualize, design, build and extend successful brand experiences.
• Crafting identities from concept all the way through to execution (brand guidelines, templates, presentation design, websites, campaigns, events, brand activation and more).
• Ability to establish new visual design languages or work within and evolve existing ones. 
• Approach design problems strategically and conceptually, with a constant desire to push the limits. 
• Participate in internal and client work sessions.
• Maintain a deep awareness of the design landscape both historically and current and future trends. 
• Brings fresh perspectives and radical ideas which push us daily.

Your experience

•  2-4 years design agency experience working on strategic identity, print and digital projects. 
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Animation skills are a plus but not required.
• A strong understanding of grid systems, composition and color, with a keen eye for typography and meticulous attention to detail. 
• A passion for clean, functional and thoughtful design. 

Note: The team is based in NYC, and we’re working remotely now and willing to entertain long-term remote working for this position if you’re not located in the NYC region.
