Remote Entry Level Sales Representative

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or Customer Service
• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with at least 2 years in sales or a customer service role required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Teams
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  
  

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls and emails
• Guide clients through their financial services options
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Work with inbound leads and conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a specific timeframe
• Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to Customers' needs
• Keep accurate records of transactions
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
