- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of our products
- Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to sales management
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Representative, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in using CRM software to track and manage sales activities
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
