About the role
Agent Elite has over 12 years of experience partnering with Real Estate professionals helping them grow and manage their businesses through online advertising and industry-leading software.
Agent Elite is looking to hire the next generation of Sales Account Executives to continue to dominate the market. This is a full-time position, with remote opportunities. You can expect to make 100 outbound cold calls to Real Estate Agents each day, qualify leads, and seamlessly transition them into a presentation with the ability to close the deal on the first call!
Agent Elite is seeking highly motivated people who are focused on a challenging, yet rewarding career in inside sales. On-the-job training will teach you about our product as well as foundational sales skills. You must be a hard worker that can operate autonomously, with high accountability to competitive metrics.

- Make 150 outbound calls to Real Estate Agents and Brokers and effectively engage prospective customers in a competitive landscape (if this scares you don't apply)
- Set 5-8 qualified appointments per day
- Complete 10-12 Product Demo's a week
- Constantly strive for improvement by actively engaging in coaching and training with your manager and peers
- Be recognized and rewarded for exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals, knowing that you are responsible for your own success
- Expertly navigate the Real Estate space to continue your personal and professional growth

- You know your way around technology--big plus if you have used Salesforce or another CRM in the past
Benefits & Perks
This is a non-exempt, hourly, full-time position. On-target earnings (hourly rate/base incentive) for fully ramped employees is $50,000 with Top Sales reps earning between 75,000 to 100,000 a year.
