Youth Respite Direct Support Professional (DSP)
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you support individuals with developmental disabilities. You empower individuals to reach their full potential. You will work at our Hudson, Ohio, Location. The two ladies prefer to have female staffing with some behavior management experience.

· You assist individuals with daily living activities.

· You attend all paid training and team meetings.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: At least a high school diploma or GED.
Experience:
· 1 year of experience preferred.
· Computer Skills: Compose emails. Use various programs, including Brittco and ADP, to do job duties.
Certificates & Licenses: Valid Driver’s License with five or fewer points.
Other Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certification, which we will provide.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
