Role Overview
As a foundational member of the go-to-market team, you'll collaborate directly with the CEO, VP of Creator Strategy (Creator), and Head of Sales (Brand), and CTO to drive the best possible outcomes for our advertisers by helping optimize creator selection and performance. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be on the ground floor of a generational platform redefining advertising and creator monetization, developing the backbone of Agentio’s creator strategy for brands, bridging the gap between the creator, product and brand teams to ensure creators and brands thrive on our platform. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping how we acquire and engage with creators and build tools that continue to help us refine campaign strategies. Your ability to combine data analysis with operational excellence, and a deep understanding of AI and LLM technologies will be key to excelling in this position.
Initially, this role will focus on the optimization and success of the brand and creator journeys on the Agentio ad platform, including :
Key Responsibilities
- Dynamic Campaign Optimization : Serve as the operational quarterback, adept at adjusting campaign strategies in real-time. Utilize a deep understanding of Agentio’s extensive data on creators to drive optimal outcomes. Employ LLM tools to enhance decision-making and campaign performance.
- Creator Insights and Verticalization : Monitor and analyze performance trends across numerous live campaigns to gauge creator effectiveness and market dynamics. Provide the creator team with actionable insights that aid in targeted outreach and effective creator management.
- Campaign Excellence Oversight : Analyze a wealth of campaign data to derive meaningful insights about creator performance. Use these insights to guide future campaign strategies and provide recommendations that benefit both internal teams and external clients.
- Product-Driven Strategy Implementation : Collaborate closely with the product team to harness AI and LLM technologies, enhancing tool functionality and creator-brand matching. Focus on scaling operations efficiently across various creator and brand verticals, ensuring continuous improvement in workflow and campaign results.
