Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Build relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing expert advice.
Policy Management : Develop customized insurance solutions that meet the individual needs and circumstances of each client.
Sales Growth : Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and objectives through proactive client outreach and consultation.
Market Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to offer clients the most current insights and options.
Customer Support : Offer prompt and efficient assistance to clients regarding policy queries, changes, or claims.
Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and support company growth goals.
Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirement
Licensing : Must hold an active Property & Casualty License valid in North Carolina.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales is preferable.
Technical Skills : Proficiency with online communication tools and CRM software.
