We’re a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.
This position may be based in our Denver, CO office or remotely from one of the following states : CA, DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, TX, UT, VA, & WA.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer on the team, you will design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable, secure applications that power AgentSync’s products. You will empower Agentsync engineering teams to move quickly and deliver high quality product value to our customers. You’ll be a thought partner and innovation driver, participating in the overall design of new services that tie together AgentSync’s products and systems.
What you’ll do :
- Dive into the architecture and code to develop a deep understanding of bottlenecks, tipping points, and which metrics matter. You will be the subject matter expert for the performance characteristics of AgentSync's product, and will be called in to consult on issues with development teams, customers, and product managers.
- Design foundational, scalable and durable infrastructure on AWS to support our long term growth.
- Partner with engineering to understand needs and design, build or acquire the appropriate technical solutions to empower the teams.
- Debug complex production issues across services and product and at all levels of the application stack.
- Own the architecture and development of the most crucial infrastructure for Agentsync systems.
- Regularly bridge the gap between this team and other teams as the champion of cross-team collaboration for the sake of a best-in-class customer experience.
- Mentor team members in order to elevate the development skill set of all those around you.
- Perform thoughtful code reviews with scalability and clean code principles in mind.
- Communicate clearly and accurately with internal teams re : progress on features, blockers to delivery, timelines.
- Participate in helping to build and maintain a culture of engineering best practices.
- Advocate for the advancement of DEI initiatives within the organization.

Denver / Boulder Metro
156,000 - $180,000 Annual Bonus
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity programs.
