AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.We’re a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.Overview : Are you passionate about developing cutting-edge learning experiences in the tech space and creating impactful certification programs? The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering learning solutions that empower our internal teams (Secret Agents) and external customers with the knowledge and skills needed to excel.In this role, you will create enablement material that ensures both Secret Agents and customers have a thorough understanding of AgentSync’s suite of products. Your efforts will enable our teams to support customers effectively and enhance their overall experience.What you’ll do : Design and develop innovative learning experiences for internal training of Secret Agents as well as external training for customers.Create enablement materials and certification programs that reflect the latest product features and industry advancements.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and practicality.Utilize data-driven methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.Stay current with emerging trends in learning design and technology to enhance training solutions.Your experience : 5 years of experience in the area of Learning and Development, Instructional Design, and / or Program ManagementExperience working with a variety of learning tools including Camtasia, myTrailhead, Salesforce Knowledge, Articulate, LearnUpon, Gainsight, easygen, and Pardot.Experience with multimedia development (audio, video, and / or animation)Experience working in a startup environment with a small teamBonus : Any experience in insurance licensing or continuing educationAbout us : At AgentSync we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways.
