Setting: Senior Care, Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Memory Care
Schedule: Monday-Friday, within the hours of 8am-5pm, 2-3 days/week
Requirements
- Experience as a Geriatric, Adult or Family Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner
- Current, unrestricted Oregon state license required, or ability to obtain
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $46,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
