The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating detailed CAD and Revit drawings for clients throughout the design process, from concept to completion. This role requires an extensive background in residential (single and multifamily) and commercial building design / drafting, along with high-level expertise in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture.
A strong understanding of building codes, fire codes, accessibility standards, and occupancy densities and their impact on building design is essential. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in 3D modeling, drafting, drawing specifications, and producing detailed technical drawings. The Architectural Designer will work closely with the Project Manager and project team to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met efficiently.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD Architecture to create precise 2D and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop and refine detailed technical drawings, construction documents, and 3D models.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Analyze data, project requirements, and constraints to propose creative, code-compliant design solutions.
- Stay current with building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards.
