We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience by providing exceptional administrative support. As the Patient Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and care throughout their visit.

Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Execute office opening and closing daily procedures.
- Greet people upon arrival.
- Check patients in and out.
- Pull patient charts in preparate for provider lab review and documentation.
- Enter patient information into medical record system(s).
- Collect payments.
- Schedule patient's follow-up visits.
- Maintain retail display of supplements and other items sold at the clinic.
- Verify provider's plan for the patient and provide supplements and document prescription needs of patients.
- Share rotating laundry duty with office staff.
- Prepare charts for upcoming patient visits.
- Send referrals and orders for patient out-of-office procedures.
- Keep detailed accounting of cash and checks.
- Maintain refreshments for patients and staff.
- Maintain display of supplements.
- Scan patient notes and relevant documents into the patient medical records system.
- Take vitals.
- Scan and shred documents.
- Unbox incoming boxes of supplies.
- Handle mailing and shipping tasks.
- Check for all incoming patient communications to include faxes, emails, messages, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
