AGF Glass Customer Support Specialist

AGF Glass is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first face our customers see when they walk in and the first voice they hear when they call.
About the Role
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the heart of our office—providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between customers and our team. This role requires someone who is highly personable, detail-oriented, and a great multitasker.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and visitors with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our services
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document organization
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front office space
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed
