AGF Glass Company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Department Supervisor to lead our production team in achieving operational excellence. This role is critical to ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality glass products while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and team success. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Accountability:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production employees to consistently meet or exceed company goals.
• Foster a positive work environment by demonstrating integrity, accountability, and respect.
• Hold team members accountable to performance standards, ensuring clarity in expectations and follow-through on commitments.
• Performance Management:
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify employee growth and development opportunities.
• Address performance issues promptly and professionally, focusing on solutions and improvement.
• Operational Excellence:
• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that quality and deadlines are consistently met.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Implement and enforce safety policies, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Serve as the primary point of communication between employees and management.
• Regularly update the team on production goals, changes in processes, and company priorities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and respect.
• Demonstrated ability to hold team members accountable while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Experience in meeting production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
