Senior Salesforce Architect

The Senior Salesforce Architect is responsible for the standards and strategy of technology implemented in the Bank. Work assignments involve complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Salesforce Architect is responsible for standards and strategy as they relate to applications developed or used by the Bank.

What you'll do

  • Provide leadership in application best practices that will optimize and protect Bank investments throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle. As applicable, this will include third-party applications that are selected and implemented in AgFirst.
  • Reviews developer technical designs.
  • Maps the application's architecture to the chosen technology platform.
  • Defines application components , platforms, interface development tools, and testing approaches
  • Build partnerships across the Enterprise to ensure application fit and function. This will range from Business System Owners to Technology System Owners to Operations and Support.
  • Represent AgFirst needs and expectations to current and potential vendors and appropriate industry groups.
  • Provides technical guidance to application development teams

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Master's degree preferred
  • N-depth experience in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Prior project nCino or Salesforce architect and / or team lead experience.
  • Prior experience will be with a financial institution or a financial software vendor.
  • Appropriate certifications in software development methods and technologies are encouraged but not required. Certification in The Open Group Architectural Framework (TOGAF) or a similar framework would be a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems, and think creatively in solving complex technical and operational challenges to drive continuous improvement
