The Talent Development Intern will :
- Create engaging training and development materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises
- Review online courses under development
- Develop and distribute reports to internal and external contacts
- Support the department in other tasks as assigned
- May utilize the LMS to coordinate and deliver live and / or virtual training programs.
