Regional Business Development Manager
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) to identify, engage, and secure new customer partnerships, while also working to recover previous business relationships. With a focus on building a strong sales pipeline, the RBDM will be responsible for generating $3M–$5M in annual revenue by developing meaningful client relationships and promoting a full portfolio of solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive $3M–$5M in new business annually within the assigned region across multiple industry segments
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline of at least $20M in growth opportunities
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships at the local and regional level
- Represent the organization professionally at industry events and tradeshows, establishing credibility and expanding your network
- Understand client needs and align offerings to deliver tailored solutions
- Travel regularly within the assigned region to prospect, close deals, and nurture accounts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a regional or national B2B sales role
- Background in Logistics, Industrial Packaging, Transportation, or related industries is preferred
- Demonstrated success in account management, client relations, and strategic sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
