A prestigious San Francisco law firm is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to support a growing private equity practice group. This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with partners and high-profile clients, playing a key role in transactional and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
π Prepare, revise, and proofread corporate and transactional documents (contracts, agreements, compliance, closing documents, audit letters, etc.).
π Assist with pre-closing document preparation and execution for various transactions.
π€ Work closely with private equity clients, acting as an integral member of the practice group.
π Manage filings and e-filings with the Secretary of State and various federal, state, and local courts.
π Organize and maintain client and administrative files in the firmβs document management system.
π Coordinate scheduling, travel, meeting arrangements, and attorney calendar management.
πΌ Handle billing, conflict checks, and engagement letters.
β° Monitor case deadlines in coordination with the Docket Department.
π Provide high-level administrative and client service support.
Qualifications:
π 3 years of experience as a corporate legal assistant (private equity experience preferred).
π» Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and PDF software.
π οΈ Experience with Intapp Time, Intapp Open, Chrome River, Aderant, Interaction, iManage (a plus).
π¬ Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
π Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and in a collaborative team environment.
