Job Description:
The paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with legal document preparation, including the preparation of damage summaries and communication with clients and other professionals. Strong knowledge of California law and legal document preparation is essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A minimum of 6 years' experience in litigation is required, with expertise in research, document review, subrogation, and recovery. Familiarity with legal databases and discovery software is also necessary.
As a litigation support professional, you will work closely with attorneys to prepare cases for trial, including responding to and propounding discovery, drafting documents, and preparing deposition summaries.
