- Facilitate an interactive and collaborative environment through your consistent presence in the office.
- Draft and produce high-quality pleadings and other litigation documents, ensuring compliance with local and judge-specific rules, and electronically file with the court as required.
- Manage and organize client materials within our document management system efficiently.
- Proofread and redline complex legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Prepare intricate legal documents and correspondence, filing them with the appropriate court or agency, while applying your litigation expertise to coordinate tasks and projects effectively.
- Support attorneys in managing their legal and administrative practices, ensuring service levels meet the needs of the litigation practice group and our clients.
- Oversee various administrative tasks including finance / billing-related duties, opening new matters, and preparing client presentations and meetings.
- Coordinate with firm resources and delegate tasks to departments across our international offices to ensure projects are handled efficiently.
- Assist in the client billing process by editing and reviewing client bills, applying task codes, and managing rate changes and write-offs as needed.
- Be prepared to work overtime when required and demonstrate flexibility in handling additional projects.
- Show initiative and innovation in managing a wide variety of tasks and projects.
