A leading plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to play a key role in trial preparation and case management. What You’ll Do:
✔ Support attorneys in all aspects of litigation and trial preparation
✔ Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal documents
✔ Manage litigation calendars and case deadlines
✔ Organize and maintain case files using document management systems
✔ Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
✔ Assist in trial preparation, exhibit organization, and witness coordination
What You Bring:
✅ 3-7 years of personal injury litigation experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Washington Civil Rules of Procedure and Local Rules
✅ Experience with discovery, medical record collection, and e-filing (Odyssey)
✅ Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office, Westlaw Form Builder, and Adobe
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under time constraints
