A leading plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to play a key role in trial preparation and case management. What You’ll Do :
- Support attorneys in all aspects of litigation and trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests , and legal documents
- Manage litigation calendars and case deadlines
- Organize and maintain case files using document management systems
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist in trial preparation, exhibit organization, and witness coordination
What You Bring :
3-7 years of personal injury litigation experience
Strong knowledge of Washington Civil Rules of Procedure and Local Rules
Experience with discovery, medical record collection, and e-filing (Odyssey)
Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office, Westlaw Form Builder, and Adobe
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under time constraints
