What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal position at AGG Legal Staffing?
Experienced plaintiff personal injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant sought. Very busy firm seeking seasoned professional.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years litigation experience, including preparing lawsuits, propounding/responding to discovery, calendaring, familiar with CA court rules and procedures. Additional qualities we are seeking in a candidate include:
- Provide support to attorney through all phases of cases from intake to trial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer service minded.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and manage heavy workload.
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Require a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and meet deadlines.
- Spanish/English bilingual a plus.
