We are looking for a sharp individual with strong organizational skills and computer skills in Quickbooks, Excel, and other Microsoft Suite Applications.
This role is an assistant role to take the workload off of an individual working in management.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform data entry tasks and update databases as needed
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette is preferred
