Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to promote a cohesive team environment.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
- Coordinate banquet services and special events, working closely with kitchen management to ensure seamless execution.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Assist in bartending duties as needed, ensuring proper service at the bar area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and food management practices.
