Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented OIL & GAS SERVICE COMPANY Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive the strategic direction of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and process improvement, with a proven track record of managing teams effectively. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to develop strategies that enhance productivity while ensuring profitability.
Responsibilities:
Schedule- No schedule. need 100% of their time. A lot of our work is 24/7. They can make their own schedule when all work is lined out.
Experience- Must have experience running crews. Must have experience running/dispatching trucks/cdl drivers. We have a fleet of 15-20 trucks. They would be solely responsible for having all of those trucks and crews charged out every day. Must have successful experience running a service company that does this.
Can bring business.
Can dispatch the work.
Can oversee the work and make sure the work is being followed through.
Can make sure that all work is invoiced correctly.
Can oversee all employees, makes sure all employees are doing their job correctly.
Can oversee that all equipment is running.
Is able to bring good employees, is able to get rid of bad employees.
Bringing the jobs and making sure the jobs are completely correctly.
Safety.
Experience running an entire company.Oilfield maintenance.Roustabout crews.Trucking.Cranes.Equipment rentals.Frac Tanks.
- Lead and supervise operational teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with business goals, focusing on profit loss management.
- Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
- Strong background in supervising teams and managing performance.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams towards achieving organizational goals.
- Experience in sales processes is a plus, contributing to overall business success.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
