Order Puller

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products are handled with care and efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
• Use handheld scanners or other technology to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
