Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing top-notch hospitality.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Assist in banquet services or special events as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients.
• Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is beneficial.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or cocktail preparation is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $16.99 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
