**Job Overview:**

Aggregate Strategies LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Director of Sales Growth in Aerospace. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the aerospace industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize market penetration and drive sales growth.
  • Manage established accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate pricing and provide service and contractual support to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate new product development activities with customers.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BSME, BSEE, or BSAE is preferred).
  • 4 years of outside aerospace technical selling experience.
  • Sales Management experience and working directly with Manufacturers Representatives is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work with diverse and global employees.
