What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Analyst - Ground Handling Operation position at AGI Cargo, LLC?
The AGI Payroll Analyst is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end biweekly payroll process for all US and / or Canadian team members. Must be detail oriented, self-starter and a team player that can work with minimum supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Compiles data for a bi-weekly multi-state US payroll or Canadian Payroll
- Oversees timekeeping submissions from field locations and submits biweekly payroll for US and / or Canada
- Enters payroll information for incentives, referral bonus, garnishment refunds, and retroactive or benefit refunds
- Review calculations and audit reports ensuring the accuracy of a payroll
- Reviews and submits Record of Employment reports for Canadian Employees
- Payroll discrepancies research and resolution, including responding to EE questions
- Understand military time
- Attention to detail and possess and excellent Excel skills
- Ability to work with big data
- Performs other payroll duties as assigned
