Entry Level Management Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers through proactive communication and targeted interactions
- Act as the key confidant between our clients and customers representing our brand in a professional and appropriate manner at all times
- Maintain and continuously improve knowledge about products, applications, and markets in the industry
- Understand and apply the sales strategy and promote the value proposition for our client’s products and execute Market Growth Programs.
- Provide information to the Marketing team on market trends and evolutions, including proposals for actions.
- Develop, negotiate, and monitor contracts and pricing for new & existing business opportunities
Entry Level Management Requirements:
- Prior experience in Management, Entry Level Sales, Client Facing or similar roles
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
- Eager to expand our firm with new sales, clients, and territories
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts
- Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
