Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people.
- Manage operations and finances of business
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Drive development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
- Develop and manage a team of skilled professionals
- Develop, implement and monitor the operational plans for our customer portfolio
- Work on all levels in the organization and with widely differing groups of people
- Communicate with all Government Authorities for the compliance of aviation and local laws
- Responsible for all aspects of the location budget and total oversight of the location
