Summary
We are seeking a Custodian to join our team at AGI. This role is essential in maintaining of the manufacturing common areas (mezzanine and factory offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and hallways, to ensure a clean environment for employees and visitor. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional brand experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and breakrooms.
- Clean, dust and sanitize common areas: hallways, restrooms, kitchens, and workspaces / offices.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the factory leadership and maintenance teams
Requirements
- 2 years of prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred similar experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
