Schedule and Time Off :
- This Marketing Traffic Coordinator position is remote but will need to go into the office a few times out of the month to do mail. We prefer a candidate in the Oxnard area for this reason.
- The candidate will need to be available to work at there preferred time between 7 AM-9 AM Monday-Friday Pacific time.
- We offer 10 days of vacation your first year, and each year you gain an additional day. Each year, you'll be earning more vacation time at a faster rate.
- Every associate gets 13 paid and closed holidays each year.

What Will You Do?
The Marketing Traffic Coordinator supports the Production Team in coordinating the administrative aspects of direct mail production from implementation, while in process at the vendors, and after projects have mailed. This position is also responsible for additional clerical functions that support the Marketing Division.
1. Coordinate all administrative functions of direct mail production including proof approvals, distributing production schedules, reconciling invoices, updating budgets, and invoicing.
2. Complete administrative support tasks within the project management platforms. This includes running the production schedule, routing to the correct division, providing budget updates, confirming projects have been started on time, and managing vendor assignments.
3. Communicate daily project updates to internal marketing team and vendors.
4. Partner with vendors to maintain proof approval records and track progress of projects in production.
5. Schedule proofreading and maintain proofreading log.
6. Perform other miscellaneous functions and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Education / Certification :
Associates degree or equivalent.
Post-secondary coursework in marketing and or print production desired.
Required Experience :
Minimum two years of administrative / clerical work.
Experience in print production / lettershop processes desirable.
Required Knowledge :
Knowledge of print production industry preferred.
Knowledge of direct mail marketing preferred.
Skills / Abilities :
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
Ability to handle multiple interruptions and changing priorities.
Ability to work independently.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
