The Purchasing Agent is responsible for Submittal Process, Installation/Scheduling Process and Project Completion/Close Out
Installation/Scheduling Process
- Validate and confirm all equipment on school coversheet is delivered to the proper location (i.e., PCS Vendor warehouse, 3rd Party items for ASI, Basic Schools for ASI/Dell, Furniture Vendor & Datamation).
- Notify PM all equipment is received and ready to be scheduled for delivery/installation along with pre-walk.
- Coordinate and confirm delivery/installation date with PCS Vendor, 3rd Party items for ASI, Basic Schools for ASI/Dell, Furniture Vendor & Datamation and the school.
- Prepare site readiness form and submit to DOE-Coordinators mailbox for ASI Standard/Basic, Dell Basic, and 3rd Party items; for Dell Standard schools notify Jonathan Roem; Datamation (Gino/Joanna) for security devices/furniture; and Hertz (Ari) for furniture.
- Provide install date to PM, update equipment tracker and RESOA calendar.
- Monitor and follow up on all DOAs for repairs or replacements. Once DOA repaired/replaced, notify PM.
Project Completion/Close Out Process
- Integrator Tech notifies you all documents have been uploaded to the RESOA sky drive.
- Remove school from equipment tracker and add to completed project tab on internal overview.
- Send project close out email to school and attach asset inventory for that site.
Compensation and Benefits
· $45-52k/annually
