REACT TS DEVELOPER - INTERN

Position Summary

True Solutions is seeking a self-motivated React Developer to join our growing team dedicated to crafting custom web applications for enterprise and retail clients.

As a member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in contributing your expertise to multiple projects, continually enhancing our proprietary web applications. Your contributions will have a significant impact on assisting millions of people across the U.S. with their technology needs.

This is NOT a remote role.

Job Requirements

• Work in-office full time out of Lisle, Illinois location

• Develop custom web applications for enterprise and retail clients

• Rigorously test your own code and the code of other developers prior to deployment

• Respond to rare off-hour emergencies (approx. once per month)

• Your code will be reviewed to ensure effectiveness, scalability, and professionalism

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication

Personal Skills

• Self-motivated and passionate about growing your React development skills

• Strong attention to detail, including writing clean and maintainable code that follows coding standards

• Self-awareness to recognize your strengths and areas for improvement

• Bring your experience to the table to collaborate with the rest of the design and development teams

• Self-accountable and able to learn from mistakes

• Positive can-do attitude and regularly contributes to team solutions

Professional Experience

• 2 years professional experience with React TS

• Experience developing modern UI trends

• Experience collaborating with a team to bring a web project from idea to completion

• Comfortable using and contributing to custom libraries and frameworks

• Strong business acumen to align technical solutions with client goals

Technical Experience

• Proficiency in building modern web experiences using React within a custom framework

• Confident use of Git (or similar)

Required Fluency in:

• React TS

• JavaScript

• TypeScript

• HTML 5

• CSS 3

• jQuery

Bonus skills:

• Tailwind

• SCSS

• ADA compliance

• Agile methodology

• RESTful APIs

Compensation

• $18/hr
