Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our team.The Senior Account Executive is responsible for the management and growth of long-term and profitable relationships with key clients.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and an established record of achieving revenue goals.

Job Requirements

Hours: Hybrid 8am-5pm EST

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Senior account executive
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

Compensation

  • $175-350K OTE based on experience and qualifications
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan

  • 16 days of PTO and 10 Paid Holidays
  • Lunch is provided every Friday.

Salary : $175,000 - $350,000
