Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repair schedules.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently.
- Maintain and repair logic controllers and other automated systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing facility-related concerns from staff and visitors promptly.
- Lead projects related to facility upgrades or improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all maintenance activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various systems.
- Experience in supervising teams or leading projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in electrical work, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to weld is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
